The Health4U Program encourages the development of healthy lifestyles for faculty, staff, graduate student employees retirees, and the spouses/partners of the members of these groups. Evidence-based focus areas include tobacco cessation, movement/fitness, food and nutrition, health consumerism/self care, and emotional wellness.
