Information regarding important health policies and guidelines for prospective, entering and current MSU students.
- Required Vaccine/Immunization Report-All new MSU undergraduate students are required to review the University’s immunization policy and submit the online Immunization Self-Report Form.
- Tuberculosis (TB) E-Learning Module- All new MSU international students are required to view a TB e-learning module and complete a quiz.
- Healthcare Professional Student Immunizations-All new MSU healthcare professional students are required to submit immunization records to the Office of the University Physician.
