• COVID-19 guidance for students, faculty and staff
  MSU has created the information below for students, faculty, graduate and undergraduate student instructors, and staff on what steps to take in various scenarios related to COVID-19 exposure, testing and confirmed cases.
• Required Undergraduate Vaccine/Immunization Report
  All new MSU undergraduate students are required to review the University’s immunization policy and submit the online Immunization Self-Report Form.
• Tuberculosis (TB) E-Learning Module
  All new MSU international students are required to view a TB e-learning module and complete a quiz.
• Healthcare Professional Student Immunizations
  All new MSU healthcare professional students are required to submit immunization records to the Office of the University Physician.
• Healthcare Professional Students Information for Exposure to Diseases
  For healthcare professional students who were exposed to Tuberculosis, bloodborne pathogens and zoonotic diseases.
